By accessing or using STCKR.CO, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.

2. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. A minimum order value of ₹149 applies. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Free shipping applies on orders above ₹199. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier partner availability.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@stckr.co.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, and content on STCKR.CO are the intellectual property of STCKR.CO or their respective creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. STCKR Club

The STCKR Club membership is earned by accumulating 100 or more stickers across all orders. The 20% club discount is applied automatically at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the club programme at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

STCKR.CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or products.
